Question 1

What are bananas and how are they spent?

Accepted Answer

Bananas are our internal currency: you pay with them for every generation. The price of a generation depends on the model, quality and resolution and is always shown on the button before you start. Bananas are charged when the generation starts.

Question 2

Do bananas expire? Is this a subscription?

Accepted Answer

A banana package is bought once, with no subscriptions or recurring charges. Bananas stay on your balance until you spend them, and new purchases simply add to what is left.

Question 3

How much does one image or video cost?

Accepted Answer

Every model has its own price, which depends on quality and resolution. All the numbers are in the "How many generations a package includes" table above, and the exact cost is shown on the button before you start. Video is priced by duration and resolution. On some models a reference video and audio slightly increase the price.

Question 4

What are the "Free generations" in a package and how do I use them?

Accepted Answer

It is a bonus on top of the package: besides bananas, your account gets a few free generations. For images they are tied to a specific model and resolution. Pick the same settings in the generator and the free generations are spent first, leaving your bananas untouched. Video works the same way, plus there is a limit on clip length. When a free generation applies, the Create button shows "Free". Free product cards are spent in the Product cards section. How many are left is always visible in your account and in the bot.

Question 5

How do I pay from Russia or from abroad?

Accepted Answer

From Russia you pay in rubles with a card of any bank via YooKassa or T-Bank. From abroad we accept Visa and Mastercard via Stripe; the dollar price is listed for every package. Bananas are credited right after payment, and the receipt is emailed to you.

Question 6

What is VIP?

Accepted Answer

VIP is bought once and stays forever. You get a large banana package and permanent status: 10% off every top-up, priority in the generation queue, 15% in the referral program instead of 10%, and a VIP badge in your profile and the bot. It can be bought only once per account.

Question 7

Can I buy more bananas, and how does the referral program work?

Accepted Answer

You can top up at any time with any package; new bananas simply add to your balance. Your referral link is in the Invitations section of your account. A friend who signs up through it gets 10% bananas on their first purchase, and you get 10% of each of their purchases. VIP users get more: 15%.

Question 8

Is there an API and a Telegram bot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both. You have one balance, shared by the website, the API and the Telegram bot @bananaexpertbot. The API key is issued in your account, and the documentation is in the API section.

Question 9

How do I pay as a company or sole trader?

Accepted Answer

On the pricing page pick a package or a custom amount and the "Invoice for companies" method. You only need the INN — the details are filled in automatically. The PDF invoice is emailed to you and appears in your account; you pay from a business account, no VAT. Once the money arrives, bananas are credited automatically and the act of services rendered is sent to the same email.
