Refund & Cancellation Policy
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This policy governs the procedure for the refund of payments made for services provided by the Nano Banana 2 service.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
2.1. A refund may be issued in the following cases:
— a technical malfunction of the Service that prevents the use of paid services;
— a duplicate charge resulting from a technical error.
2.2. Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:
— bananas have already been used (in whole or in part);
— coupons have been redeemed;
— more than 14 days have elapsed since the date of payment;
— the Client has violated the Terms of Service;
— the generation request was submitted to the processing system and received a technical response from a compute provider, including cases where the result does not meet the Client's expectations, contains artifacts, was refused by the model, or ended in an internal provider error (see clause 3.4 of the Public Offer for details);
— the charge was made for several sequential attempts within the automatic provider selection feature (see clause 3.5 of the Public Offer).
3. REFUND PROCEDURE
3.1. To request a refund, please contact our support team at the email address listed in the "Company Details" section.
3.2. Your request must include:
— the email address associated with your account;
— the date and amount of payment;
— the reason for the request.
3.3. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.
3.4. Upon approval, the refund is transferred to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. PARTIAL REFUND
4.1. A partial refund is available only if some of the purchased bananas remain unused and there is a confirmed technical malfunction of the Service.
4.2. The refund amount is calculated proportionally to the remaining unused bananas.
5. PAYMENT CANCELLATION
5.1. A payment may be canceled by contacting the support team within 24 hours of the transaction, provided the payment has not yet been confirmed.
6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR DIGITAL CONTENT
6.1. As the result of image generation constitutes digital content delivered immediately upon payment, refunds for completed generations are not available in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the Russian Federation.
7. TECHNICAL SPECIFICS OF COMPUTE PROVIDER INTERACTION
7.1. The Service uses third-party compute providers to generate images. These providers charge a fee for every submitted request, regardless of whether a usable result is returned.
7.2. Bananas deducted from the Client's balance for requests that were billed by a compute provider are non-refundable, except in the cases explicitly listed in clause 2.1 of this Policy.
7.3. In individual cases, where there is a clear technical malfunction of the Service that is not related to the compute provider, the Service Provider may, at its sole discretion, compensate the Client by crediting an equivalent amount of bananas to the Client's balance.
