1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes the procedures for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of users of the Nano Banana 2 service, available at nanobanana.expert (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.

2. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

The personal data controller is the administration of the Nano Banana 2 Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"). The Controller may be reached at hello@nanobanana.expert.

3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The Controller may process the following personal data of users:

3.1. Data provided by the user during registration:

— email address;

— user name (nickname).

3.2. Data collected automatically during use of the Service:

— IP address of the user's device;

— date and time of registration and last activity;

— information about generated images (prompt text, technical parameters);

— payment history (amounts, dates, transaction statuses);

— data about connected Telegram bots (bot username).

3.3. The Service does not collect or process biometric data, health data, or other special categories of personal data.

4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

— user identification and authentication within the Service;

— ensuring the functionality of the user account and provision of services;

— payment processing and financial reporting;

— ensuring the security of the Service, detection and prevention of fraudulent activity;

— sending technical notifications and support messages;

— compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation;

— improving the quality of the Service.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

— consent of the data subject (upon registration with the Service);

— performance of a contract to which the user is a party;

— requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. Personal data is stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

6.2. The Controller implements organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

— encryption of data during storage and transmission;

— restricted access to personal data for employees;

— regular security audits.

6.3. Images generated by the user are stored for 14 (fourteen) calendar days, after which they are automatically deleted.

6.4. Personal data is retained for the entire duration of the user account and for 3 (three) years after its deletion — to comply with tax and financial legislation requirements.

7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

7.1. The Controller does not disclose personal data to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

— transfer to payment operator YooKassa for payment processing;

— disclosure upon request of authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation in accordance with applicable law;

— transfer to analytics services for improvement of the Service (in anonymized form).

7.2. To generate images, the Service transmits user text prompts to an API service. This transmission is made without any link to the user's personal data.

8. USER RIGHTS

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the user has the right to:

— obtain information about the processing of their personal data;

— request the correction, blocking, or destruction of incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained personal data;

— withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

— file a complaint with Roskomnadzor in the event of a violation of their rights.

9. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain user sessions and store preferences. You may manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

10. AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available at nanobanana.expert/privacy. In the event of material changes, the user will be notified by email.
